Hello!

NTU sparex 09 is here!
as you guys know, quite a handful of ppl went for the camp last yr and found it beneficial and fun.. so to those J2s interested, we're probably sending our IPs and J1s.

date of camp: 8th june, thurs 1200 to 11th june, sun 1400.

venue: ntu sports and recreation centre

camp fees:$30/pax,
$28/pax if more than 10 participants from club

training prog:

-Basic Kicks
-Circuit Kicks
-Court Craft
-Basic Sparring Techniques
-Sparring Rules
-Mental Strength Training
