oh yay chrys already posted about the various forms to submit for the NTU open.
(indemnity form, consent form, photocopy of IC and EZ link, plus the original black belt cert for those in the black belt team)

in addition, for the teams taking part in the NTU open, the registration fee is $28 per team, and MOE will reimburse after the comp. for easy returning of money after the comp, please get one member of each team to pay first.

and for those people who ordered equipment,
rachel: $67 (gi $20, arm guard $22, shin guard $25)
mendy: $20 (gi $20)
mingtjong: $104 (adidas arm guard $32, shin guard $38, groin guard $34)
do pay on thurs as well.

everything has to be submitted by training on thursday. so please remember to bring everything!
